How can I purchase the lifetime plan?

To purchase a lifetime plan, first create your BacklinkScan account. After you log in, go to the Billing page through your dashboard menu. There, you will find the lifetime offer available for direct purchase. If you have any trouble accessing the offer, please contact support for assistance.

I upgraded my plan but it still shows as free. Why?

If you’ve upgraded your plan but your dashboard still displays the free plan, it’s likely because BacklinkScan plans are applied on a per-project basis. Each plan is valid only for the specific project it was purchased for. If you create a new project, it will automatically start on the free plan. To use a paid plan for a different project, you can switch your plan (where permitted) or purchase an additional plan. This project-based system allows us to offer more affordable pricing.

I purchased a plan for my website. Can I change the project later?

Yes, you can change which project your paid plan applies to, but only at specific intervals. For example, you may be allowed to switch your plan to a new project once every three months. This feature is designed to prevent frequent switching and maintain account stability. Details on project switching intervals can be found in your account settings or the Billing page. If you need help with switching your plan, please contact our support team.

I want to delete my project. What should I do?

If you want to delete a project that has an active paid plan, please note that deleting the project will also delete the associated plan. We strongly recommend not deleting upgraded projects to avoid losing your plan benefits. For lifetime plans, project deletion is not allowed. Instead, you can change the assigned project at permitted intervals and continue using your plan. Always review your plan’s status before deleting any project, and contact support if you need further guidance.

I missed or can’t see the lifetime offer. What can I do?

If you are unable to see the lifetime offer or missed the opportunity, you can regain access by creating a new account or by adding a new project to your existing account. Please note that this special offer is available for a limited time—typically only 3 hours after it appears. Make sure to act quickly to secure the deal, and reach out to support if you encounter any difficulties.
